The need was to make the conference lively by pumping energy with activities which involved monotony breakers on one hand and on the other; the requirement was conducting team building and motivational sessions.
This unique and challenging need paved way for SumMeet, which involved getting associates put their head together, think as a team and get the energy flowing throughout the conference to make it livelier. This also called for Rahul Kapoorr, the chief trainer at KWEC to play the roles as facilitator, Trainer and Master of Ceremonies to the hilt.
Ice Breaker:
This ensured that the participants put their heads together and worked as a team breaking all inhibitions they have as individuals. This set the tone for the entire event.
Team Building and Motivation:
The objective here was to fill the participants with a fresh lease of energy and plant a thought of ’team is more important than an individual’. The objective here was also to break the shackles and stretch oneself to achieve ones’ potential and take the performance to the next level.
Award Ceremonies and Theme Party:
Casino was the theme of the evening party. All delegates enjoyed a stint at the casino tables trying their luck. It was a gala end to all the effort that had gone in making the occasion. All achievers were awarded punctuated with some breathtaking performances. Rahul donning the hat of MC kept the energy going with his unique style of announcements and games. |
