Aircel, being one of the major telecom players had established a strong foothold in North eastern states of West Bengal, Orissa and Assam. Aircel had aggressive business plans and had made rapid inroads into these markets. By this move, Aircel had left an image of being a serious telecom player from being a fringe player.

The ramp up was on the cards. The way ahead was to have the right infrastructure and build the right team. While the right infrastructure was being taken care of, building the right team required to motivate people and instill confidence to achieve their potential.

The solution offered was THE WAR - PATTON STYLE, a Sales and Motivation Program. This one day, high energy, full of action, result oriented sales & motivation training program.

A debriefing session after each clip helps in reinforcing the lessons learnt from each
 

scene.

Strategy session: This was the highlight of the program as it threw light on the path ahead
  in the quest of Aircel looking at the path of being a serious player out there in the telecom industry.
 

In the strategy session all issues were bought into the open. The top three issues were discussed in length. The action points were detailed out and the team leaders and the team to execute the same were nominated with deadlines set.
