Allergan, headquartered in Bangalore, made all executives from three zones, who achieved more than 100% of their target to congregate to choose the top 3 performers in each zone. All along the toppers were evaluated behind the closed doors. The judges had the evaluation criteria by which all toppers were ranked. For the National Champions Meet 2007, Allergan wanted to bring the whole process of choosing the topper in the open and make it exciting. Our solution was
6 toppers of 2007 were chosen from each zone and were allotted 75% weight-age on the sales target. The other 25% was allotted to a high-end quiz by eM Play International and a case study.
eM Play International, brain child of Rahul offered the unique solution of a high-end technology; high energy AV based interactive game show which sets the pulse on race. All teams are given a Radio Frequency Keypad through which the responses are sent. Each zone with 6 toppers was invited one after the other to play the game show in front of the elite club. Each individual was given the keypad to plug in the answer. The interactive game show had questions on the field which the executives excelled in, General knowledge panned categories like Culture, Sports, History and Medical etc.
Rahul with his inimitable style also used the game modules with very interesting & fun questions thrown to the audience to make the game show very involving and a great team building exercise. The interactive format, the varied questions and mix of game modules combined with the unique presentation style of Rahul with high energy made the whole exercise of quizzing more fun and entertaining.
The quiz was followed by an award night where Rahul donned the role of MC. His unique way of introducing people, performers combined with anecdotes on life, jokes and his quick wit won him many a compliment and accolades. |
