The need from Redhat was also getting the associates put their head together, think as a team and get the energy flowing throughout the conference to make it livelier. This called for Rahul Kapoorr, the chief trainer at KWEC to play the roles as facilitator, Trainer and Master of Ceremonies to the hilt.
A series of activities i.e. monotony breakers, interactive game shows or innovative games combined with high energy of Rahul called all participants into action -it was a combination which could only be envied and unlike CONFERNCE.
Icebreaker:
This made the participants to put their heads together and work as a team breaking all inhibitions they have as individuals. This sets the tone for the entire event.
Game shows:
This is a team building activity which also served as a monotony breaker. This is a high-end technology; high energy AV based interactive game show which sets the pulse on race. All teams were given a Radio Frequency Keypad through which the responses were sent. Different game modules doubled up with very interesting & fun questions on Bollywood, Cricket and the business related questions made it very pulsating.
Award Ceremonies:
It was a gala end to all the effort that’s gone in making the occasion. All achievers were awarded punctuated with some breathtaking performances. Rahul donning the hat of MC kept the energy going with his unique style of announcements and games. |
