My experience with KWEC had been very good. The manner in which the trainers enthuse their energy levels to others and keep the momentum going is the highlight of ‘Dream Team”.

The motivational talk about ‘chasing quality’, ‘giving back to the organization’, and success stories of real life heroes like Dr. Abdul Kalam, Lance Armstrong and Wilma Rudolf was very inspiring. The Work-life balance session brought tears in the eyes of many and made the team members introspect on aspect of life which are otherwise ignored.

Though the time spent in the outbound was short, it has helped me in assessing what my team is capable of achieving in difficult/pressure situations. This program has instilled the team spirit back in my group and also helped me to identify the future leaders.

You guys are doing a great job; my entire team has a very high opinion about KWEC. I'm going to refer every team I know to get in touch with you guys for their out-bound this year and year after. You guys ROCK!

When we engaged KWEC for our team building activity for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised to see all team members, from new joinees to long service awardees, warm up right from the ice breaker session and participate throughout the day, with so much enthusiasm and energy. 
 
Chief Trainer Rahul Kapoor's "Dream Team" module was the icing on the cake and impressed us very much with simple exercises going a long way in making people strategize, plan and execute.
